UMD HIGH SCHOOL VOCAL HONORS FESTIVAL (October: SATB, grades 9-12)

All singers are asked to bring their own scores. UMD will not provide scores or copies the day of the event.

  • Rachel Inselman soprano, is a Professor of Voice at the University of Minnesota Duluth. Ms. Inselman has performed extensively throughout the United States as well as internationally with symphony orchestras.
  • Dr. Ryan Deignan is Assistant Professor of Choral Music at the University of Minnesota Duluth where he currently serves as the Interim Director of Choral Activities. 
  • Marcus McConico's impressive presence and versatile tenor range warrants rave reviews in performed signature roles such as Il Duca in Rigoletto, Fenton in Falstaff, to name a just a few . . 
  • Chris Fettig is Assistant Director of Choral Activities and conducts the UMD Concert Chorale, Chamber Choir, and vocal jazz ensemble Chill Factor, and teaches voice lessons and ear training.Â
