Welcome to the UMD Department of Music!
Our world-renowned faculty-artists and lecturers work with students from 15 different states and 4 continents in beautiful Weber Music Hall, a dedicated Department of Musicfacility and recognized across the country as a top-tier performance facility. We deliver over 200 concerts and recitals per year and are dedicated to guest artist residencies in which our students receive instruction from performers and scholars from all over the globe.
We would love to have you come and see for yourself the great performance facilities and learning atmosphere we have here at UMD.
